Candidate-reported interview process
The interview has three stages. First, there are code snippets and two coding questions. Second, there's a verbal ability and aptitude round. Third, it's a technical HR followed by a general HR.
after the CV shortlist, there was a technical round, then a managerial round, followed by a discussion with the director, and finally an HR round. There was a 1-2 week gap between the tech round and managerial round, and 2 interviewers were present in the tech round.
First there was a chat with HR, then a technical interview. The tech questions were pretty average, nothing too crazy. They're just trying to see if you're a good fit for what they need. It's kind of rude if they don't get back to you, but otherwise, it was pretty standard.
