Amadeus Manager interviews, decoded.

I had an HR interview, then a manager interview, followed by a peer interview. After that, they made a decision about whether to hire me. There was a lot of waiting between the interview stages and they didn't follow up regularly. The interview with the manager seemed to be the most important one for the final decision.

It's been over two months since I started this process. I've interviewed with the entire team, but I haven't heard back or received any feedback on the next steps. While it's a great company, they really need to work on engaging with candidates from the interview stage onwards, as that really builds loyalty and commitment.

The HR team contacted me to schedule an interview. I chose a slot a few days out. On the scheduled day, 15 minutes before the interview, it was postponed without any communication. 10 minutes before the second interview, the same thing happened; it was postponed without any message. I sent an email asking to confirm the new date, but received no response...
