I interviewed for a Senior Test Engineer position. The interviews were straightforward and not overly difficult. The process included: 1. A Technical Round focusing on manual, functional, some automation, and logical/programming questions. 2. A Managerial Round where they asked about my current project and real-time scenarios. 3. A Directorial Round involving a detailed discussion of my current project. 4. Finally, an HR Round.
This interview process was a waste of time. They expect candidates to know things unrelated to the actual project, as if they were hiring for rocket science. They also wasted my time by scheduling multiple rounds on different weekdays.
Amadeus HR team doesn't know how to conduct interviews. They called over 50 people for interviews on May 9, 2015, but only had 2 panels available. My first round went fine, but then we were asked to wait for the second round. Around 20 of us waited, and they interviewed a few women. At 5 PM, the HR told us to leave because the panels were overloaded. HR said they'd call next week for the same interview but never did, and they didn't reply to emails. We were made to sit there from 10 AM to 5 PM without any interviews.
