It was a good interview process overall, though I wish it had moved a bit faster since I was also interviewing elsewhere. I want to thank Gizem Özgür specifically for making it the best experience and ensuring things moved quickly.
The hiring process has several steps. First, you give a 10-minute presentation about yourself, then you present a past project you worked on for 15 minutes. After that, there's a 20-minute technical test. Finally, the recruiters will talk about the mission and its details for 20 minutes.
We had 2 technical tests covering math, logic, and computer science. Then, there were 2 manager interviews and 1 HR interview to assess each candidate's characteristics and their T-shaped skills. So, it really depends on the managers you meet.
