Candidate-reported interview process

Had a great interview where they asked about my past experience. The Director asked very focused questions related to the job profile. The main goal was to see if I was a good fit for the organization.

Had some nice initial interview rounds. Liked the people from the 2 team calls, they seemed genuine and not arrogant. They let me know I didn't get the job via an automated email, which wasn't ideal, but maybe they were busy or had many candidates.

Standard interview process. I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer, Ally, was nice and respectful. The job post mentioned the job was hybrid or remote, but during the interview, it was revealed that it's expected to be fully in-person, which should have been stated in the posting.
