Candidate-reported interview process
The whole interview process stretched over a month. After they collected all my personal documents, they told me the position was on hold. Kind of a waste of time when they aren't even sure about the position.
3 interviews total, one with HR and 2 technical ones, each lasting an hour. The technical talks were more like discussions without super specific questions. All 3 were in English, covering past experiences and some technical stuff. It was all very straightforward, fast, and to the point.
Interview was easy, but they didn't respond after that round, no any updates, no HR call backs, no feedback too. When I call them to update my feedback and ask why I didn't clear the 2nd round which went very well, they didn't answer. clueless company and management.
