It was a long, 90-minute interview. They had an internal candidate already, which made it feel like a waste of time. It's hard to find a 90-minute slot in your workday, and they weren't flexible.
Had a nice conversation where they asked me all the details and questions from all topics. I answered 6/10 on average. The verdict was that I wasn't selected for the next interview round because I took too long to process and answer the questions. I was very nervous.
The interview process is broken down into 3 stages: First, a recruiter call. Second, an online psychometric test. Third, an interview day with several people, including managers, HR, and someone specifically to go over the psychometric test results.
