It started with a 30-minute HR phone call, followed by another 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. The final stage was a full-day workshop in Madrid, which included travel time, where I was interviewed by 4 or 5 people and had to complete a business case.
The entire interview process was conducted over video calls with the hiring managers. For the second round, you'll need to prepare a presentation or use case to demonstrate your critical thinking and presentation abilities. The process wasn't too lengthy overall, and the team was quite responsive.
After my CV was confirmed, the interview happened online. It was a casual chat with my potential manager, asking about my background and Amadeus' business. At the end, I got a case study to present the following week.
