So, first thing was the testing phase. It was like a test, and the questions were all about reasoning. I thought the questions were really good.
I had a 3-person interview with the company employees. It started right on time, no waiting. They were all really friendly from the start. The questions they asked and the time they gave me felt just right to understand who I am as a candidate. Everyone seemed like they knew their stuff and it was a pretty good experience overall.
This was a single-round interview focusing on a case study. I was asked for ideas to implement in the travel industry. It wasn't too challenging if you have prior experience in the domain. No questions were asked about agile, scrum, or any process-related topics.
