The interview process for the Key Account Manager position was pretty good. Talking with the recruiters was easy because they were communicative and fast to respond. The people I interviewed with were nice and professional. We mostly talked about my past experience in account management, how I build relationships, and if I understood the travel/tech industry. It felt pretty structured but not super formal. The questions were fine and mostly about behavior and situations. They asked how I talk to clients, deal with pushback, and handle big accounts. The interviewers also told me about the team vibe and what they expect from someone in this job.
After clearing the HR screening, there were four rounds of interviews. These included interviews with the team lead, VP, and team members, and also featured a case study and a presentation. The overall experience was respectful, friendly, and responsive, giving me a good feeling about the team.
The interview process is quite lengthy, involving numerous interviews. There were instances where I didn't receive any communication for extended periods, sometimes up to four months, before the process continued.
