Amadeus Account Executive interviews, decoded.

I applied online and went straight to an interview with the hiring manager. There was no recruiter screen. I didn't get to ask about salary or location. It was an okay interview, and they didn't give me feedback even when I asked.

It was 6 interviews total, first with HR, then my direct manager, then the HR Director, then the direct manager again, and then a full day onsite assessment. This assessment included a case study and was run by an external psychologist, and also included a personality test. The assessment was held at the office in Brussels. The results of this test took a really long time to come back, like 6 weeks!

Had two interview rounds. It was quite straightforward. First, a recruiter call, then a chat with the direct reporting manager. The HR interview was about an hour, and the line manager interview was more like a casual chat. Everything happened pretty fast, one after the other.
