The interview could be in person or over the phone. There was a short test to check analysis skills. After that, we just waited to see if we got selected.
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was a technical exam with MCQs. The second was an aptitude test covering English and maths. The third was an in-person technical and HR interview where they asked a lot of questions about linked lists and graphs.
First, there was an HR Screening conversation, which was pretty easy. Then, a Hiring Manager interview - depending on the hiring manager, it can be easy or tough. The feeling with the manager also makes a lot at this stage. Finally, a Panel with the HR recruiter and Hiring Manager, focusing more on situational aspects and personal interactions/problem-solving.
