Candidate-reported interview process

Had a quick call with the employer. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but they said it would only take about 10 minutes to set expectations. They followed up multiple times but never gave any feedback. It felt more like they were trying to sell the product than conduct a real job interview. They also ghosted me when I asked for feedback.

The interview was casual but professional. They managed to make it thorough without being overly long. The questions asked were relevant and prompted critical thinking about applying skills to job-related situations.

The process took about 2.5 weeks. It started with a 15-minute intro call. Then there were video calls with the trainer and the founder. You also had to do an elevator pitch and questionnaires that you needed to research and answer.
