So, my interview process for this role started at the end of May. There were four interviews in total. It kicked off with a recruiter call and then went through to a conversation with the operations manager. Each of these interviews were about 30 minutes long. My last interview happened on June 20th. I didn’t hear back until July 29th, which was more than a month later. They told me I didn’t get the job. It’s kinda wild to me that they’d do four interview rounds and then decide against it, but hey, that's how it is sometimes.
The interview process was great, really organized and efficient. Some interviews were virtual, and some were in-person. I got to talk to different department heads and also meet with the business development team.
The owner will check out your book of business and use you. She'll hire you and then let you go. She's not an honest person. Sometimes she hires people for 3 weeks and then lets them go.
