It was a quick process with 3 rounds total. First I spoke with a recruiter, then an associate, and then two more people: a senior associate and a director. Everything was done over Zoom.
The interview process was pretty quick, taking at least 2 weeks and had 3 rounds: one with HR, one with a tax staff member, and then one with a tax partner.
So first there was like a phone screen, and then I interviewed with an associate. After that, I had two final interviews, one with a more senior person and then the last one with the managing director, who asked me some technical questions.
