Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved a case interview and then two behavioral interviews. One behavioral interview was more about general fit, and the other focused on how you'd handle specific situations. They recommended looking up the interviewers beforehand to get to know them and to prepare some questions to ask them.

Applied via referral and was immediately scheduled for an HR screening. Interviewer was 11 minutes late, didn't turn on camera, and couldn't answer questions about the job or team. Received standard rejection letter two weeks later after follow-up.

The hiring process began with an initial round of interviews, including a profile screening and a challenging case study that was assigned with a tight deadline of 3-4 days. This was followed by a detailed interview and a leadership round. Finally, HR handled the negotiation stage.
