Candidate-reported interview process

It was focused on case studies, quali and quant questions, plus general questions about career, personal life, soft skills, typical for consulting, nothing too crazy but you need to understand the company and be a logical person etc etc etc...

The process started with a recruiter chat, then a few interviews with managers and team folks, and ended with a final chat about whether the role fits you, your background, and what you expect. It was a standard process with a screening call, several interviews with team members, and a final discussion on role fit, experience, and expectations.

Fit process + case. Recruiter call + 2 or 3 with practice leaders, lasting 40-60min. It's worth preparing the traditional consulting way, but with a focus on execution, which is the company's differentiator.
