It was a four-stage process. First, a phone interview, then an in-person interview, followed by an online assessment, and finally a last interview. The questions were pretty complex, but the interviewers were nice people. I'd recommend it because I enjoyed it.
This graduate interview process is tougher than others. The business assessment isn't very structured and has a lot of unnecessary info. They ask many questions early on. Many people don't get past the initial application.
The first round was a standard case interview with several behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very friendly. The second round was supposed to be a case interview, but the interviewer didn't ask any case questions and it felt more like a coffee chat than an interview.
