Candidate-reported interview process
Had about 6 or 7 interviews, technical and behavioral. Heard back pretty quickly. Met a lot of members of the team, and the last round was a lunch with the team.
There was a group case study, lasting about 1 hour, where we had to present to the panel at the end. The case was in Portuguese and followed a financial math logic. Before the case, we had to do a personal pitch with slides.
The conversation went well, I felt heard and had chances to speak my mind. However, I didn't recall all the company values, which led to me not moving to the next stage. I think there were about 7 values, and I could only remember 4 or 5.
