The first round was a 45-minute interview. Mostly questions about Restructuring, with some IB Technicals. Spoke with an Analyst and then an Associate. There were a few behavioral questions, mostly focused on why you're interested in Restructuring and this particular firm, and some of its competitors.
So for the Houston office, it was a 2 round process. First was on campus, and then the second was the Super Day in their Houston office. Super Day had four 30 minute interviews with people from the restructuring team.
Had three 30-min in-person interviews. They asked two behavioral and one technical question. Mostly looking for students interested in high finance and it followed the investment banking recruiting cycle. Overall, the interview was interesting and I learned more about the position, but the technical questions were a bit hard.
