There were 3 rounds for the interview. It started with a phone screen, then a Teams interview, and the last one was another phone interview. Everyone I met was great and really easy to talk to. All the interviews were pretty conversational. Mostly, I talked about my background in detail.
The interview process had 3 stages. First, a 30-minute initial phone screen where they looked at my resume and past work. Second, there were two 1-hour interviews with consultants, managers, or partners that included behavioral questions and a case interview. Third, the final round had two more 1-hour interviews with managers and partners, similar to the second round.
I went through a long interview process that lasted over a month and a half. It included four interviews and took about two hours in total. Unfortunately, I wasn't chosen for the role and they didn't really say why. I was really excited about the job, but now I'm not sure I want to go through all of that again without knowing if I'll actually get the job.
