Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty quick process with a few rounds, focused on retail. I spoke with directors and a partner. The cases were standard, covering things like profitability and market entry. The team is small but growing fast. I didn't end up getting an offer or hearing back, so I assume it didn't work out.

It was very hard. They make you do a case study with no time to prep prior to the interview. They ask you many questions on it, some that take forever to calculate.

The interview experience was not great. I applied online and had my first interview with the director. Even though I thought it went well, I was rejected three days later. Surprisingly, three weeks after that, HR contacted me again to re-engage me in the process. The whole thing felt disorganized and confusing.
