First, there's an online aptitude test (Miracle / PACE‑style). Then, the team gives you a case interview and an Excel test, often at the same time. After passing those, you'll typically have two MD interviews.
I interviewed for an Analyst role over a couple of months. It started with a basic HR call, then I had two behavioral interviews with some senior directors. After that, I did a case study with a Senior Associate, and my last interview was with the operations team. They told me I had a final interview lined up after passing everything, but then the night before, they canceled it because of budget issues. It felt like a waste of time and effort since they pulled the plug right at the end. Just a heads-up, they don't seem to mind wasting your time.
I went through interviews with HR and then 3 more stages, with 2 managers and 1 partner. I would reach the partner stage if I passed HR and the assessment from the 2 managers. They evaluate and approve the candidate together.
