Alvarado Restaurant Nation Interview Questions

I had a one-on-one chat with the district manager. We both got to know each other better by asking and answering questions. We talked a lot about what the GM job involves, expected work hours, and the training for both staff and managers.

The whole interview process was really chill, easy-going, and informative. Everyone I talked to was super open about the job and really knew their stuff about the business. I'm stoked to start my next chapter with Alvarado Restaurant Group and am excited about what's to come.

I applied through Indeed and was contacted right away by Gina and Brick. Gina did the first interview, and Brick did the second one the next day. Gina stayed with me throughout the whole thing. Just remember to keep talking to them during the process.
