The process was short and efficient. The hiring manager was friendly and seemed very excited. I was interviewed alongside another candidate being considered, creating a competitive dynamic. The hiring manager had both our resumes and asked us the same questions, to which we provided very different responses. I didn't get the job, but it appears they're seeking individuals with a strong passion for sales and a hands-on approach through local travel and direct marketing engagement.
They like to interview with two or more people at a time which has a psychological meaning behind it but I would much rather it one-on-one so I could really express myself and my qualifications for the position. There were a lot of marketing focused questions that involved some background knowledge like what channels you would use and why.
Had two interviews. The first one was with other people interviewing and it was super fast. They asked some strange, impersonal questions. The second round was with just one other person, and we went for a walk around the city while they asked questions.
