A Talent Agent reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up a phone interview. After a few weeks, I had an in-person interview. The interview process felt a bit slow overall, but it was organized. They kept me updated on what was coming next and mentioned they were quite busy, which explained the pace.
I had a few interviews, first with the director, then the manager, and finally the technology director. The questions were pretty standard, but I didn't like how unclear they were about the role. They never told me I'd be mostly working with a remote team. The hiring manager made it sound like I'd only work with them occasionally and that I'd mostly be with the onsite team. That wasn't true at all. I ended up talking to people virtually all day.
They are very open to phone interviews and you will likely not meet until an offer is being made or not. I had 2 levels of interviews over the phone, and then 3rd phone call to negotiate terms. Don't try to come off as an expert in the field if you aren't, and show that you are open to learn THEIR methods, and you'll do well.
