Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty simple. First, there was a behavioral interview, then a second round that was more technical, but not too difficult. I never heard back, so I'm assuming I didn't get the job.

I had a behavioral interview with some standard questions about the role, which was pretty easy. After that, there was an Excel test. I did really well on it, but a few days later, I got an automated rejection email.

The interview process was friendly and felt like common sense questions, with no pressure. It was 30 minutes long and I met with 2 directors. After that, I just had to wait for their decision. They also gave me enough time to accept or decline the offer. I was very happy with how the interview process went.
