We did a phone interview about basic javascript and java things. Then I had a take home challenge. After they reviewed that, I went onsite. Then there was a call with leadership. After that, they asked for references. The final call was with leadership again.
The interview process started with a technical phone screen covering C# and JS. After that, I had a take-home coding assignment. Then, I did an in-person interview with two developers. Next, I had a chat with leadership about my motivations. Lastly, they asked for references.
It started with a quick 10-minute phone call with another developer to chat about tech and my background. Then, I had to do a code sample, either using an old project or following new instructions. A developer looked at my code, and then I got an email to set up an in-person interview. The interview itself was about an hour or two and I met with a panel of 3 people, including a senior dev. I got the job offer the day after.
