Candidate-reported interview process

It was a good interview process. There were 2 technical rounds and the last was an HR round. Each round was 1 hour. The first technical round was based on direct questions and the second was a situational round.

It's a three-stage process. First, a coding and interview round. Then, a group discussion. The last round is an HR round where they'll ask logical questions and for your approach to solutions. If you get selected, you'll hear back in 2 or 3 days.

The interview process was very smooth and well coordinated. The interview panel was not only concerned about filling the job position, but they focused on my place and how I could fit into this job role. The company and management seem to care about their employees as individuals.
