The interview process has 5 rounds. The first round is a resume shortlist. The second round is the HR round. The third round is the operational round. The fourth round is the AMCAT round. The fifth round is the client round.
I joined through a reference, and the interview process was smooth. There were three rounds in total. The first was a normal resume screening, focusing on communication skills. The third round was a client interview. I cleared all interviews, which were completed on the same day. Finally, an online test was conducted.
The interview process includes basic questions covering personal details like family and daily routines, social media, and motivations for pursuing this role and the company. You'll need to explain what BPO and Customer Support are, and why you're interested in them. We also want to know why we should hire you. You'll need to prepare a mock call script for customer support and come up with some questions yourself. Importantly, do not mention salary expectations and ensure you don't have any planned leaves in the next 3 months. There will be a recruiter call, a phone screen, and a technical screen, potentially involving a presentation like a mock call.
