Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online through the university portal and got an interview. The first stage was behavioral questions using the STAR method. I got called back the next day for a second stage, which was a panel interview with a situational question. The day after that, I got a phone call with the job offer. The whole process was very fast.

The interview process involved a couple of rounds. First, I had to record responses to questions about my past work and career. Then, I spoke with current Territory Sales Managers who asked more questions like the first round, and it ended with a mock client interaction.

First, there was a digital interview you could do whenever and wherever. Then, I had a panel interview with two Division Managers. Finally, I did a 'Day in the Field' where I went to a store and had to answer questions based on a scenario.
