Applied via a college recruiter, then had an online interview on HireView. If I pass that, the next step is a 2-on-1 in-person interview where they ask behavioral questions and give a role play scenario; it's supposed to be a really relaxed and comfortable environment.
Met them on campus at an Altria event. Spoke with them, then went to the school career fair and spoke with them again about general interest and about myself. Scheduled an interview with two people. It was a standard interview asking about times I dealt with adversity. They had a case study where I was given 10 minutes to study. It was about adding a product to the gas station and how to market it. I had to come up with the best strategy for implementing it and why it should be implemented.
The interview process includes multiple stages. Recruiters are very helpful to interviewers throughout the process. They even provided an interview prep session, which is uncommon.
