It was a straightforward and pleasant interview experience. It started with a telephone screening, followed by an interview with the client, and concluded with a discussion with HR. The entire process, from onboarding to offboarding, was well-guided and friendly.
I had a phone interview with HR first, and they asked a few questions about my motivation. After that, I had an on-site interview with the Business Manager and HR. The questions covered my background, how I can show my knowledge in specific areas, and a cognitive abilities test. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
I was contacted via LinkedIn and we had a "meeting" for a first Zoom interview. There won't be any other interviews because the HR person simply declared I was toxic (and said it out loud) along with other particularly unpleasant hypotheses after only 20 minutes of conversation.
