I had several people to talk to who made me come to the agency each time because they hadn't seen from the start that I wasn't a good fit for the job. Several trips on my part to have 3 interviews and in the end they never gave me an answer despite several follow-ups from me. Really a waste of time and money these interviews.

HR and the hiring manager picked me up and we had an introductory meeting in a conference room with HR and my potential future manager. HR went over the job description and cleared up initial questions about the future employment. The manager and HR asked me questions about my resume and my career development aspirations. Then I asked the HR and the manager questions about the job and the benefits. We wrapped up with a description of the next steps and exchanged contact information.

I came into the office and met with HR and the Chief Officer. We introduced ourselves, which was very friendly. Then we asked each other general questions. After that, we moved on to more in-depth questions and they gave me an overview of what the job would entail.
