The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a screening call where they asked about my background and why I wanted to join. Then, there was a case interview to see how I think and communicate. The last part was a round with behavioral questions about how I work in teams and solve problems. Everyone was nice and gave good feedback.
Recruitment at the firm isn't managed by dedicated HR. Instead, consultants manage it themselves, which can seem a bit disorganized. It might be more efficient if they outsourced scheduling and initial contact to a third party.
After submitting my application, I received an online assessment. This was followed by two interviews that included a small case study. Finally, there was a take-home case study where I had 24 hours to prepare.
