The interview process is pretty standard, featuring behavioral and case study components. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. While I didn't make it to the written case interview, the initial two rounds felt quite relaxed.

First I did a structured online test focusing on math skills. Then, I had an interview with mainly behavioral questions. I didn't advance, but they mentioned future rounds might involve casing and possibly coming to the New York office.

I was contacted for the first interview about a month after applying and doing the aptitude test. There wasn't a recruiter involved, another Associate managed communication and also conducted the initial interview. Following that, I had a case interview with a consultant. Then, I was given a 35-page case and had 3 days to submit a presentation. After that, the process just stopped with no feedback or further contact.
