Alto-Shaam Interview Questions

I had a phone screening with HR that I thought went well, but then I got ghosted. I sent a follow-up email and still heard nothing. It's disappointing when you put time into applying and interviewing and don't even get a response to know if you're out of the running.

My interview process with Alto-Shaam was quite lengthy and tedious, involving a total of 8 interviews. I was asked to travel to their head office, which they kindly covered the air ticket for. However, lodging, transportation, and food expenses were out of my pocket, which felt unnecessary since the interview could have been conducted via video call. Overall, the entire process seemed somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization to make it more efficient and considerate of candidates' time and resources.

I had a panel interview where different people asked me about my past work. They also asked about my hobbies to see if I had mechanical aptitude. We talked about the job and what the day-to-day work is like.
