Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good and straightforward, with situational questions. It was very conversational and the employees were personable. They asked applicable questions for handling different situations while working in a pharmacy. It started with an essay-type question, followed by a few phone interviews, and then interviews with current employees.

The interview process has two rounds with the team. First, there's an HR screening to see if you fit the company culture. The whole thing can be fast or slow, depending on how quickly and actively HR responds.

They sent me an assignment to do in 24 hours which was fine. A couple weeks later they tried to schedule a phone interview, but then they ghosted me and never called or responded to my emails. I even sent one while waiting for the call, 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
