Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is quick and simple, with a direct approach. You'll undergo a drug test, and the work is managed through the Uber platform. All tips you receive are yours to keep. They provide a shirt, hat, tumbler, and jacket.

Just say what they wanna hear. It's basic stuff about customer service and teamwork. Show you put effort into your driving too. They'll help you fix your weaknesses if you have any.

The interview process was pretty standard, with questions specific to driving. It felt like an easy interview overall. The main issue was with the offer; I was given a week to accept, but since I'm also a student, I needed time to check my school schedule. With three days left to decide, the company rescinded the offer, claiming a week had passed, which wasn't true. My attempts to contact them via email failed as the messages bounced back. Despite this, the company seems okay, but their word on the offer wasn't kept, which I found unprofessional.
