The process was smooth, they asked basic questions about my experiences and communication skills. They asked about my job history, what my goals are, office situations I’ve worked in before and how I handled those situations. They also asked what steps I took to overcome these difficulties.
It was a simple and quick interview. They asked basic questions about my past experiences with kids and my availability. Because they needed to hire people quickly, my interview was likely a much faster process than usual.
