The interview process was okay. However, they offered a much lower CTC than they had promised before the interview. It felt like a waste of time to clear all rounds, only to be offered just 2L above my current CTC. I'd call the approach and management very poor. Don't waste your time attending interviews here; it feels like a scam, or perhaps they're just using job seekers to practice their interview process.

We had 2 interview rounds. The first one was about implementing algorithms like bubble sort and other core Java topics. The second one covered Spring and design concepts. Finally, there was a client-facing round.

I went through two technical interviews and one where I spoke with a manager. The manager interview also had some technical questions mixed in. The whole thing took a bit of time. They're going to ask about what you've done in previous roles.
