It was an average difficulty interview process. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. The first round was more technical, involving coding and questions related to the job profile.
The interview process involved 2 technical rounds followed by a manager round. I was informed by HR that I passed these rounds. The final round was supposed to be with a senior HR, but they were unavailable. I waited 2-3 days, then a week, with no communication. My calls and messages to the HR person went unanswered. I assumed they weren't interested. This was disappointing given the positive feedback. After 4-5 weeks, another HR contacted me to see if I was still available. I had already decided against it and declined. I feel like I dodged a bullet. If a company ghosts you for over a week, it's a red flag. It shows a lack of basic ethics.
First, there's an online coding test. After that, two technical rounds focusing on Java. Then, a manager round and an HR discussion. Background check with PF is done first, followed by the HR talk. The difficulty can change depending on the client.
