I went through an online assessment with multiple choice questions and then three interview rounds. The first two rounds were completely technical, and unfortunately, I was rejected after the second one. The third round was a managerial interview, and the final stage involved salary negotiation with HR, where they offered good salary increments.

Had four rounds: a written technical test, a manager interview, an HR call, and then the offer. The hiring process was smooth, and the onboarding with the welcome kit was good. All interviews were video calls, except for the HR round which was a phone call. The written test really checked my technical skills.

So first there's like an initial screening, then a technical interview (Level 1), then another technical interview (Level 2). After that, you'll have a chat with the Engineering Leader, and finally, an HR interview to see how you fit.
