Candidate-reported interview process

HR called and arranged an interview. When I requested a reschedule due to an issue, the recruiter was very rude and hung up. I'm concerned about how they would act if I encountered problems after proceeding with the hiring process.

The interview process involves conducting interviews and then sending out a background verification form. After that, there's no further contact or response, even if you call back. It's a really bad organization if you don't actually need anyone, don't conduct interviews and waste everyone's time and resources.

It was a really basic interview. The interviewer didn't seem very interested and just rushed through some questions and answers to get it over with, like it was just a formality. It felt very one-sided, like a standard interview process.
