For Altice Portugal, the hiring procedure was pretty easy and went quickly. First, they looked at my CV, then I had a video interview, and finally, a phone chat to see how motivated I was, if I fit the team, and how well I communicate.
It was a really simple interview process, just one personal interview. We talked about my academic projects and the skills I've learned. They asked some really basic technical questions too. The interview was with an HR person and an engineer.
This was a really long interview process with many different rounds and people involved. It wasn't clear what the main goals were, felt like they were just hiring to fill spots and for appearances in the national market.
