Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing took about 3 weeks. There were 3 interviews in total: one with the General Manager, one with a Director, and one with the Vice President. They did a background check, and then sent over an offer.

This interview was super quick and to the point. Basically, they wanted me to sell myself. I was told to look up '5-star interview questions' and to answer everything using the problem, approach, resolution, and final outcome structure. Make sure to only use positive stories.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to set up an interview with the supervisor I would report to. The supervisor was very detailed and mainly wanted to know why I was interested in doing door-to-door sales, making sure I knew it was a tough job but could be lucrative. A drug test and a comprehensive background check were also required.
