Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty long process because there was a hiring freeze. It took them weeks to get back to me just to say they will keep my name on file for the next time.

The hiring process was very straightforward. It began with a 30-minute in-person meeting with the HR manager, followed by a second interview at the Group home with the site manager. The HR team was really welcoming!

The people were great and the interview process was well-facilitated. Because the firm is small, the interview process moved quickly. They didn't have capacity for a summer internship, but it was a great experience anyway.
