Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone interview first that went for an hour. Then, I went for an onsite interview. There were five technical interviews and one HR interview that took the whole day, from 9 am to 4 pm. The people I met were friendly and nice.

I applied online and heard back within a week. A phone interview was scheduled about three days later. It lasted an hour with two interviewers, each getting about 30 minutes. They were pretty friendly. The interview covered technical topics and also screened my background.

I applied at the university career fair and got a phone interview a few weeks later. There were two rounds for the recruitment. During the interview, the recruiter discussed some general tasks for the internship and asked some technical questions to assess my skills. I was rejected a week after the interview because I didn't perform well.
