Candidate-reported interview process

I sent in my application online and got invited for a phone interview in about a week. The interview process had two phone calls. The first was with my mentor, and the second was with the group manager. Both of these involved technical questions related to my resume.

We had a casual interview at a cafe. Four of us candidates sat together and discussed our thoughts on ERP systems. The interviewer also shared their own experiences at Altera. They asked us about the SAP system, how the team operates, and the team size. Afterwards, the questioning began. The interviewer was friendly, so it wasn't too stressful.

The interview process started with a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then I had an onsite interview with a panel. The whole onsite part was about 4 hours long. The entire process was completed within 2 weeks.
