I had a phone interview with the HR manager, and then a few days later, I went into the office for a technical interview with some FAEs and the FAE manager. About two weeks after that, they sent me a job offer.
It started with an email to set up a f2f interview in the Toronto downtown office. The interview involved meeting with 4 engineers/managers for about 30 minutes each. Mostly technical questions were asked, along with questions about comfort level with customer interaction. After the interview, I didn't hear back from HR until I followed up. Then I got the standard email saying they hired someone else and will keep my resume. One interviewer seemed unprepared, mixing up my resume with a student's and not knowing who or what he was interviewing for, which felt unprofessional.
I was contacted by their internal recruiter, and after sending in my CV, I got invited for an interview. It was a full day event. The manager, HR, and specialists from various fields, about 5 or 6 of them, interviewed me. They were nice, but the questions were quite challenging.
